Troubleshooting


Step 1 Make sure the main power is switched on

Step 3 Make sure the wePresent video output is connected to the projector/TV via the VGA cable

Step 4 Check on the start-up screen of the system

Step 5 Make sure the PC/NB indentifies wePresent and connects to it successfully

Step 6 Auto-redirection to 192.168.100.10 once the browser is opened

Step 7 Download the software via the default web page

Step 8 Install the software successfully

Step 9 wePresent shortcut icon can be found on the PC desktop

Step 10 Doule click the icon to check on the start-up of UI

Step 11 Click the "PLAY" button in the middle to make sure the projection is successful
